I’m off to Lymington at the weekend to lead a whole series of events for Holy Week. Based on the [Jerusaleynsham->http://www.nickpage.co.uk/?page_id=160] event I did in the village a couple of years ago.
The idea is to imaginatively ‘relive’ the events of the last week of Jesus’ life in the streets of your town or village. By superimposing a map of first-century Jerusalem over the village, you can move from location to location and get an idea of the times and distances involved. The first time I did this we met at 7 am and 7 pm every day. I’m happy to say that the people in Lymington are more civilised!
Should be good. If you’re anywhere near, do come along. [Full details can be found here->http://www.lymingtonchurch.org/JERUSALymington]
